Mindfulness, or present moment awareness, has been shown to increase: health and wellness, resiliency, employee satisfaction and productivity, and decrease stress and sick leave. This session provides the opportunity to learn more about Mindfulness, engage in a few mindfulness practices, and leave feeling calmer and with some practices that can be used again and again.
