The INNER Edge Framework is a leadership development model designed to help leaders build resilience from the inside out. For L&D teams and the leaders they develop, it goes beyond awareness to provide an evidence-based, skill-building approach that creates real, lasting behavior change and sustainable performance.

Through five core capacities — Identify, Notice, Navigate, Energize, and Resilience — leaders develop the inner awareness, practical skills, and repeatable practices that shape how they show up under pressure.
