The Three Phases

PHASE 1

The Leadership Presence Diagnostic

Leaders develop an honest, grounded awareness of the inner state they are currently bringing into their leadership — and how that state lands with their teams. Through structured reflection, leaders see the direct connection between how they feel inside and how their team performs.

PHASE 2

Your Inner Capacity Practices

Leaders experience a guided practice designed to help them consciously choose the state they lead from — rather than defaulting to stress, pressure, or habit. This is the shift from reactive to intentional leadership. Leaders leave knowing what intentional presence actually feels like, and confident they can access it in any scenario.

PHASE 3

From Insight to Action

Each leader builds a personal practice plan — specific to their own leadership patterns and grounded in what they discovered in Phases 1 and 2. Commitments are made in writing and shared with peers, creating the social accountability that turns insight into sustained behavior change.
