The INNER Edge program gives leaders the framework. The Resilient Leadership Cohort gives them the lived experience of applying it.

Over 12 weeks, a small group of leaders from within a single organization gathers weekly with Dr. Samuels to take the INNER framework into real-world practice — guided by her expertise, supported by peer accountability, and grounded in the specific leadership challenges each member is navigating right now.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Format: Virtual, weekly | Length: 12 weekly 75-minute sessions | Group size: 7 to 15 leaders

How Each Session Is Structured

Each week, the cohort gathers virtually for a 75-minute session that follows a consistent structure to deepen practice, build community, and create the accountability that sustains change between meetings.

Opening Check-In

Participants transition from the demands of their day into the focused, reflective space of the cohort — ready to engage, share, and learn.

Framework Deepening

Dr. Samuels opens each session with a brief teaching that extends the INNER framework, offering new language and perspective for the challenges participants are currently navigating.

Live Coached Application

At the heart of each session is an opportunity for participants to bring their real-world leadership challenges — whether personal to their own development or relevant to the leaders and teams they support. Dr. Samuels coaches these challenges live, in the group, so that every participant learns from every conversation.

Accountable Commitments

Each session closes with participants naming one specific commitment to carry into the week ahead. Accountability pairs support each other between sessions, keeping the work alive outside the room.

Active Participation

The cohort experience is shaped by what each member brings. Participants are encouraged to come with an open mind, a willingness to share, and genuine curiosity about their own leadership.

Who This Experience Is For

The Resilient Leadership Cohort is designed for a group of leaders from within a single organization who have completed The INNER Edge and are ready to take the framework into sustained, real-world application. Senior leaders and executive teams with demonstrated readiness may be considered for direct entry on a case-by-case basis.
