This session provides participants with awareness and skills about personal identity and institutional dynamics of social inequality. We make more inclusive choices when we have an understanding of the legacy of institutionalized discrimination and the ways those inequalities operate in our lives, even unintentionally, to include some and exclude others. Without blame or shame, we consider and gently challenge the link between social conditioning and personal actions, to build a more culturally inclusive environment.
