Assessing your organization’s inclusiveness |

We are in the process of developing a survey instrument you will be able to use to assess your organization's readiness to build inclusiveness. Unlike other surveys, this one is intersectional: covering issues of race, gender, class, sexuality, ability, among others. It also assesses the personal attitudes, level of self-awareness, and behaviors of organization members. Taken together, these dimensions can serve to help you decide on specific diversity and inclusiveness initiatives that would be most beneficial for your organization.
